    Bi publications

    Magazines

Anything That Moves, the first bisexual magazine I ever read. It's got stories, poetry, articles, news, and photos.

Black Sheets, from the publisher Black Books, is another fabulous magazine -- geared almost perfectly towards bi poly kinky queers like me.

    Books

Pomosexuals by Carol Queen and Lawrence Schimel
One thing I've noticed about bisexuality -- it makes some people finally sit up and realize that the world of sexual orientation, much like anything else, isn't all black and white. It's not just black, white, and one shade of grey, either, as Pomosexuals does a great job of exploring. Carol and Lawrence remind us that it's okay to not fit the stereotypes.
The Leather Daddy and the Femme by Carol Queen
Sexy leather fiction about a queer girl and a hot leather daddy. The first two chapters were glimpsed in Doing it For Daddy, and after I impatiently awaited this book for months and months, I was gratified to find that it was filled with even more hot genderfucking leathersex than I expected. Bi fiction? One might call it that -- and so much more.
Vice Versa by Marjorie B. Garber
A thorough and literate examination of bisexuality, nearly encyclopediac in breadth. This pro-sex writing gives voice to Garber's lovely theory that one has more of a sexual story than a sexual nature -- that unfolds throughout one's lifetime.
Bi Any Other Name by Loraine Hutchins and Lani Kaahumanu
Sort of the canonical recommendation to newly-out bisexuals. It's heartwarming to hear from other bisexuals, but it's frustrating to hear them diss the gays and lesbians around them.
