proactive answers: what is a jew?

because some jerks have googlebombed the net so that google's top result for "jew" leads to a hate-site, some of us are responding by posting better links for people who might be searching the net for the word "Jew". (sheesh. constant vigilance, and all that. but still, sheesh.)
