A tapas place down on Pike St. has this dessert they call El Diablo.
What an amazing creation.
Rich and creamy chocolate mousse, dusted with cayenne pepper, on a bed of something vaguely resembling zabaglione, drenched in caramel-tequila sauce, which in turn is dusted with cocoa powder and crushed bits of espresso beans.
Amazing.
Great way to finish off a tiring day of interviewing real estate agents.
