because I'm ready to do something different.
- 20-40hrs a week -- part time or flex time would be nice.
- low-stress
- can cover my share of the mortgage (when we determine exactly what
that share is)
- starts no earlier than 8:30 a.m. -- preferably at 9 or 10am, and
goes 'till four (or later, if I'm loving what I'm working on and want to
work later. and of course, I can comp-time or get over-time, if I do
that.)
- all the unpaid vacation I want (and preferably, some paid vacation,
too)
- in seattle
- meaningful
- have measureable deliverables and recognizeable indicators of
progress, so I can tell if I'm succeeding -- and the mechanism for
hitting those deliverables are the parts of the job I like
- be able to work out of my home, but also have tasks that involve
going out and interacting with people
- working with patient people, who are gentle with constructive
critcism
