	fixes:
	  fix registeryac.cmd to copy yacpix to \windows\ehome\yacpix
	  fix HasImage exception in a number of cases.  a zero-line change that now wraps more 
	    of HasImage in a try/catch (d'oh!)
	  explicit support for 11-digit US-format numbers (e.g., 1-425-555-1212) as 10-digit 
	    ones. let me know if that fails in your locale, I couldn't identify good 
	    caller-ID specs for *anywhere*
	  better support for non-10-digit phone numbers (shorter than 10 digits and longer than 11)
	  better support for non-numeric phone "numbers"
	
	new features:
	  support perfect-matching of any length phone number (not just 10-digit)
	    -- note, area-code/location matching only on 10-digit numbers
	  support perfect-matching of arbitrary non-numeric phone & name payloads 
	    e.g., if you have a YAC name substitution the puts up "mom" as the name, you 
	    can create a file called "mom.jpg" instead of one for her phone number)
