Head:
Sensory overload, visual and audio arts. Ambitions, great abandoned
schemes, head games.
Torso Musculature, self-image, flex those pythons. Listen to
your
heart that beats.
- Martial arts fascinate me.
I practiced Wing Tsun Kung Fu for awhile (in Australia and at Yale), and
before that some wrestling and some Isshinryu Karate. My current hope
(besides getting better at capoeira) is to
someday get the chance to play with some Wu-Shu.
- Vanity is a deadly disease. But
still fun to dabble in. My grandfather recently gave me a beautiful
seersucker suit, which has sent my fashion sensors reeling in new
directions.
- Pictures of me and friends.

Miss Teen USA
- A brief guide to my favorite food in Seattle.
Hips
Bumpin' and grindin'. Shorty George. Birthing hips. Hip to be square.
Shake those hips!
Calves P(l)easant calves.
-
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian cultural art
that I play with, a study in the balance between dance and fight, giving
in and opposing, complicity and complication. Giving up and letting go
in order to win. Gravity as a constant pressure exerted against you.
- A huge benefit of living in Seattle is the easy availability of
great hikes.
- outdoorsy stuff
- Rockclimbing
- Snowboarding
- kayaking
Feet
Grounding, stability, balance. Travel, transience, mobility.
Reflexology is a lonely child.
