IRC (Internet Relay Chat) is the means by which the visitors of Channel #bi communicate. It is a chat environment that is similar, in some aspects, to America Online's People Connection, and Compuserve's CB chat area.

Whether you are new to IRC, or an old veteran, our IRC resources can help. If you read the IRC Primer, and the IRC FAQ, and still cannot connect to IRC, please contact your System Adminstrator to find out if you have access to IRC.
