Senior Consultant and Technical Writer

Hired after six months of consulting with them, I have worked primarily as a part of J.D. Edwards implementation projects. Work has included analysis of client business process before an implementation, formulating a plan to integrate client requirements and wish-lists into the J.D. Edwards implementation, documenting setup decisions, writing end-user material, creating training materials, and post-go-live support. The primary focus during J.D. Edwards implementations has been on Distribution and Manufacturing modules.

In addition to J.D. Edwards projects, performed business analysis for a client who needed a business continuity plan and worked to create a trouble shooting case base for another client to implement over the web.
